West Orange Labs

Infrastructure finance data

Following the money behind the power grid.

West Orange Labs builds data products on how power and data infrastructure is financed: who lends, who rents, who supplies the power, and who is left holding the cost when those commitments end at different times.

Product

TenorGrid

Data center debt traced from lender to ratepayer. For each major data center financing, TenorGrid records three dates and the terms behind them, then shows where they fail to line up and who carries the gap.

Coverage includes bonds, construction loans, GPU-backed facilities and securitizations, the leases that pay them, and the utility terms that decide what other customers owe if a tenant leaves.

Go to TenorGrid
Debt dueWhen the bonds and loans must be repaid or refinanced.
Lease endsWhen the tenant’s rent commitment runs out.
Power contract endsWhen the tenant stops paying for the plants built to serve it.

Built from public filings, rating agency reports, utility commission dockets and press. Not investment advice.
